Dispatch :
All orders from the Netherlands and Belgium placed before 8:00 PM on working days are usually delivered the next day, depending on PostNL's service. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be delivered on Tuesday.

For orders within Europe, a delivery time of 2 to 4 working days applies. Please note that during promotional periods, any shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

Returns policy:
If you wish to return an order, we ask you to complete the withdrawal form, print it and add it to your return shipment.

We will contact you as soon as we have received the package. The return address is stated on the form. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items, provided they meet our return conditions: unworn, in original condition, including all labels, accessories and in the original packaging.

Promotional periods:
During promotional periods, the return costs are for your own account and will not be reimbursed by WATCHA. However, you retain the right to a 14-day reflection period, provided the return conditions are met. For returned products purchased during a promotion, you will receive a voucher worth the purchase amount. This voucher will be sent by email within 14 days of receipt of the return. Please note: during promotional periods, additional shipping costs may apply on top of standard shipping costs.
